Granola was originally invented in the United States as a health food and was often consumed by hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in the dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
