  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut milk in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled coconut mixture.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
