Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut milk in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled coconut mixture.

Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
