  1. Wash the spinach and okra. Cut the spinach into small pieces and slice the okra.
  2. Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, grated ginger, and chopped scotch bonnet pepper. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add the sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetable stock, salt, ground crayfish, smoked fish, prawns, and seasoning cubes. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in the peanut butter and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Finally, add the chopped spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or any preferred accompaniment.
