Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.

Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
