  2. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork. Add the cooked quinoa.
  3. Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl.
  4. Add the ground cumin, chili powder, salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Stir in the breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together.
  6. Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the veggie burgers for about 5 minutes per side, or until heated through.
  8. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute.
  9. Assemble the burgers with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, avocado slices, and any other desired toppings.
