  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, and cornstarch.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Pour the orange sauce over the tofu and stir until coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread avocado slices on the toasted bread.
  8. Top with the orange tofu and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
