Peel and slice the carrots.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots for 5 minutes.

Add the orange juice, honey, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter.

Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked carrots to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the glaze.

Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the carrots are tender and the glaze has thickened.
