  4. In a small bowl, mix together tahini and lemon juice to make a sauce.
  5. Toast the pita bread in a toaster or oven.
  6. Assemble the open-faced burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on each pita bread, followed by a falafel patty, sliced tomato, and red onion. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
