  1. Slice the onions and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add gram flour, rice flour, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Gradually add water to the mixture to make a thick batter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
