Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.

Add diced bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until they soften.

Stir in chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.

Add canned kidney beans, canned black beans, canned diced tomatoes, corn kernels, and water. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
