This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 75 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 8.

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, and ground flaxseed.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until melted and well combined.

Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press it down firmly using the back of a spoon.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.

Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into bars.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
