In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add peanut butter, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet or wax paper. Press each cookie down gently to flatten.
