In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until onions are caramelized.

Add thyme, salt, and black pepper to the onions and garlic mixture.

In a separate saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Fluff the couscous with a fork and add the caramelized onion mixture. Mix well.

Serve the Naughty French Onion Flavoured Couscous in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
