In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed banana, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.
