Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted chickpea flour, powdered sugar, butter, rosewater, and cardamom powder. Mix well until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape each portion into a four-leaf clover shape.

Place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the cookies.
