Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silk from the corn and fold the husks back into place.

Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Carefully peel back the husks and brush the mustard glaze over the corn.

Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the corn is lightly charred and the glaze is caramelized.

Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
