Mushroom Broccoli Cups

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and broccoli. Cook until tender.

Season with salt and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

Grease a muffin tin and line each cup with breadcrumbs.

Spoon the mushroom and broccoli mixture into each cup.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
