  3. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Fluff the couscous with a fork. Stir in chickpeas, raisins, fresh cilantro, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
