Add the cauliflower florets, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, and ground cinnamon. Stir well to coat the cauliflower with the spices.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.

Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the soup to a blender and blend in batches.
