Nutrigrain bars were first introduced in 1994 by Kellogg’s and quickly became popular as a convenient and nutritious snack option.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, dried cranberries, and dried apricots.

In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
