  1. Rinse the millet under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil and add the rinsed millet. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the millet is tender.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper until they are softened.
  4. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked millet to the pan with the vegetables.
  6. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
