  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
  4. Add canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
