BLT stands for Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato, but this meatless version replaces the bacon with avocado for a delicious plant-based twist!

In a small bowl, mix together vegan mayonnaise, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice.

Layer tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and avocado slices on half of the bread slices.

Top with the remaining bread slices.

Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
