Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, matcha powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the mixture is evenly combined.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Press each ball down slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the macaroons are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, the macaroons are ready to serve. Enjoy!
