Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, dried fruits, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
