Mango Bruschetta
Bruschetta originated in Italy and traditionally consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and olive oil. This recipe puts a fruity twist on the classic bruschetta by using ripe mango as the main ingredient.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.

Toast the slices in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the ripe mango. Finely chop the red onion and fresh basil leaves.

In a bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped basil leaves, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
