Manakeesh Recipe
Manakeesh is a popular breakfast dish in Lebanon and other Middle Eastern countries. It is often enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil to form a dough.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a round shape.

Place the dough rounds on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.

Sprinkle za'atar spice blend over the dough rounds.

Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh mint leaves.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
