In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and ground cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
