Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line muffin cups with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until well combined.
