Soak the white beans overnight in water.

Drain and rinse the beans.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the soaked beans, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the beans are tender.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
