Lentil and Bulgur Wheat Balls Recipe

Rinse and drain the lentils and bulgur wheat. Cook them separately according to their packaging instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils and bulgur wheat.

Finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and parsley. Add them to the bowl with the lentils and bulgur wheat.

Add the cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and tomato paste to the bowl. Mix everything well to combine.

Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Shape the lentil and bulgur wheat mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the lentil and bulgur wheat balls in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
