Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until they start to brown.

In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the lemon mixture over the Brussels sprouts and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
