Peel and chop the kohlrabi into small cubes.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add kohlrabi cubes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
