In a blender, combine nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic, onion, cashews, almond milk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large saucepan, heat the sauce mixture over medium heat until heated through.

Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well coated.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
