Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet and spread it out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
