Jewelled Layered Salad is inspired by the traditional Middle Eastern dish called ‘Tabbouleh’, which is a parsley and bulgur salad.

  4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, toasted almonds, and crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
