Press the tofu to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized nuggets.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

Coat the tofu nuggets in the mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the coated tofu nuggets until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
