Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute for a minute.

Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add chopped green beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Cover and cook for another 5 minutes or until the beans are tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
