  4. Add ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in the cooked quinoa, raisins, and pine nuts. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
