Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the okara, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground flaxseed, water, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer the meatballs to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
