Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until translucent.

Add sauerkraut and cook for 5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Mix well.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
