Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

If the consistency is too thick, add a little water and blend again.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
