Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.

Pour boiling water over the cornmeal mixture and stir until well combined.

Add the butter and honey, and mix until the butter has melted.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
