Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pecans, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
