Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.

Cut the dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

While the crackers are baking, prepare the dip by combining the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Serve the homemade crackers with the homemade dip.
