  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tempeh into thin strips and arrange them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. While the tempeh is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Push the green beans to one side of the skillet and add the tempeh. Pour the sauce over the tempeh and green beans, and toss to coat.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cashews, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
