Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pumpkin wedges on a baking sheet and brush them with the herb mixture.

Roast the pumpkin in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly caramelized.
