Green onions, also known as scallions, are a great addition to bread as they add a subtle onion flavor and a pop of color to the loaf.

In the bread machine pan, add the flours, sugar, salt, dried basil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and active dry yeast.

In a separate bowl, combine the water and olive oil.

Pour the water and olive oil mixture into the bread machine pan.

Select the dough cycle on the bread machine and start the machine.

Once the dough is ready, remove it from the bread machine and place it on a lightly floured surface.

Knead the dough a few times and then shape it into a loaf.

Place the loaf in a greased bread pan.

Cover the bread pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

Once the bread has cooled, slice and serve.
