Grain free baked donuts are a healthier alternative to traditional donuts as they are made without refined grains and are gluten-free.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut oil, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional: Dip the cooled donuts in melted chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
