Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture.

In a large bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands.

Finely chop the red onion, garlic cloves, and fresh parsley.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, parsley, whole wheat bread crumbs, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, ground flaxseed, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with crumbled tofu.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

Cook the tofu patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Toast the whole wheat burger buns.
